Summary: The check in information we received through Hotels was wrong. In the listing and our booking information it said that the front desk was staffed from 13:00 until 19:00. When we arrived at 14:00 there was a sign on the door that said the front desk is open from 9:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 19:00. Truly there is no front desk. There is an intercom that you use to talk to someone and they instructed you how to do a self check in which you need your booking number for. Your booking number is not your Hotels booking number it is different so I would recommend contacting the hotel after you do your booking and asking them for your booking number. If you do need help checking in or with anything you can call the front desk or WhatsApp them and they will send someone over from another building. Room could be cleaner there was mold in the shower.
